1.1. Refunds for event tickets are only available if requested at least 30 days before the event date. The event is scheduled for 7th November 2024; therefore, refund requests must be submitted by 8th October 2024.
1.2. Refunds will not be granted for requests made after the 30-day cutoff period. No exceptions will be made.
2. Refund Process and Deductions

3.1. Tickets purchased after the 30-day refund eligibility period are non-refundable.
3.2. Any service fees associated with the purchase of tickets are non-refundable.
